 DSP Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety and supervision of the person receiving services.
  • Completing all service documentation.
  • Completing all training requirements.
  • Maintain communication and a positive working relationship with Arc employees, families of people served and outside agencies.
  • Advocating and promoting quality of life for the people receiving services.
