Mission: Advocating for the rights and full participation of all children and adults with intellectual disabilities.

In 2003, a small group of parents, advocates, and members of the Knights of Columbus Council #7549 met in hopes of establishing a local Arc chapter to serve as an advocacy organization for people with intellectual and developmental disability. The efforts of these determined individuals sparked what would become an advocacy movement and commitment to quality services in Clarion and Venango counties. The Arc of Clarion and Venango Counties was born.
Today, the Arc of Clarion and Venango counties is a full-service agency providing supports to many individuals and families each year. The Arc is a leading advocate for full inclusion of people who experience disabilities.
